113h Bearings

[SNAPPERHEAD]

Can someone give me a inclination on how to open the left side plate bearing on the 113H? The right side bearing as well seems hard to open but I am pretty sure it has the shield "springs" that can be removed by a hook. I am sure there is a post here I missed that has this info, unless the LS bearing is not meant to be open and only lubed....
