First came the Tica Caimen and older 112H.....my research shows Tica made reels for other companies then branched out on their own...best match I can come with is a Shimano Calcutta......a two post brake on the left and drag washers in the handle shaft accessed by removing the handle....the 112H has a black torpedo handle and oil holes on the free spool lever, bridge housing and leftside bushing cup....I have a mid 90's that does not have these oil points

Then came the Surfmaster 200....it has the steel main and pinion, small red handle and plastic spool....also asbestos drags.......the frame bars and stand were badly corroded but servicable.... so I sanded, polished and painted them black...with an 5 min epoxy coating to help the paintand lastly was the Mitchell 600....it has an even smaller handle, required cracks  ;D, red fiber drags and chromed spool.... Im gonna have to put a minor dent in Fred's parts supply.....both 112's and 600 need full rod clamp assmenlies and the 200 needs just the clamp....ohhh and some carbon fibers for the 600 and 200.....cheers Bill
It may not be very productive,
but it's sure going to be interesting!

Looks like you are infected for sure, Bill.

Make a list of what you need when you get a chance -- and I'll send it out.

Should have everything you need -- will just send it all at once.

Generally, if I recall, I have always needed to shave the edges on a CF -- when installing in the Mitchells.

Best,

Fred
