this is my middle son Ashton. he is a skilled fisherman at 7yrs old,and this is his first grouper. It was not the 24 inches it needed to be to come home, but he was proud to say the least. I love this picture.

It's all about the kids..!!

My grandson is 12 now and last year he won some trophy's in the junior angler tournament. A 50lb Yellowfin Tuna, Sailfish release, and a 15lb Red Snapper.

I used to take my children fishing all there young years, my son was the one who was most interested in fishing and fished with me almost every weekend. While he was in the 6th grade the school district had a contest on the theme of Love In The Family. My son won an award for his rendition on that theme and was invited to the Governors office to be given an award from him. His theme was. He drew a picture of a Boat with two fishermen fishing and over it he wrote " Love is fishing with my dad". That's what it is truly all about.
