You might wanna consider putting the bottle down and think clearly before you buy them....   They're pricey   I suppose it's whatever the market will bear....

George, if I'm doing the math right a person would be doing pretty darn good to build one of these for less than $125-$150 each....first you need to buy a unused NOS grey 25, then buy a new chrome spool($30), then a set of 49 posts($20) and a new 49 seat($15), then a new 49 clamp($15). Of course it can be done for less $$$ if you start with a used grey 25 that costs less up front and keeps the overall costs down, but starting with a new grey 25 puts you at $70-$80 to start, then add all the parts and you'd be right there.
