Big Tim

Took my grandson Colton fishing recently and realized that Grandpa's have no rules. No fish, but let the lad gear up and walk in the water and make some noise. Soon we will give him a sinker, then hooks  ;D

;D ;D ;D

Alto Mare

Very cool Tim, you're a good teacher ;) ;D
Forget about all the reasons why something may not work. You only need to find one good reason why it will.

Bill B

It may not be very productive,
but it's sure going to be interesting!

Shark Hunter

He will be showing you how its done before long Big T. ;)
Life is Good!

Rancanfish

My wife and I got a nostalgic chuckle out of those pics, thanks.

And protect that skin! (I'm sure you did).  My daughter has skin like that still, and she is 23.

Good work Grandpa.
I woke today and suddenly nothing happened.

this remained me when my daughters were that young, when I started to put sinker and hooks on their rods I always used the smaller hook for saltwater I could find, and a 1/4oz sinker, and a tab of bait on their disney wmart rods, the idea was to catch just sardines and small fishes, many times they caught some big triggerfish 5-6lb and big spottie bass 3-4lb.
figthing a big triggerfish on 6lb line and toy rod was like fighting a marlin.

great pictures.
