What is your take on Canyon Reels

About 1 year ago I received a HS 15 as a gift. It sat around for some time unused because of a problem with the drag lever backing off when the handle was cranked. I didn't want to open the reel before contacting the company.  I e-mailed Don at canyon and he told me to send the reel back for repair. Long story short, my reel was repaired and returned to me in 5 days. Problem solved. They certainly seem to stand behind their product.
