FRIENDS DID SOME FLATHEAD FISHING THIS LAST WEEKEND. ROOSEVELT LAKE ARIZONA.COUPLE OF THE SMALLER ONES WERE KEPT. ONE OF THE BIGGER ONES THAT DIDN'T RECOVER FROM THE FIGHT.

BACK IS DOING A LOT BETTER. HAVE MY DAYS , BUT TOLERABLE.  GOT THE TOON FINISHED TODAY, LIFTS WORK GREAT. TOM'S GOT SURGERY TUESDAY, HOPEFULLY WE CAN GET OUT IN A COUPLE WEEKS.

There are two things I don't like about fishing.  Getting up early in the morning and boats.  The rest of it is fun.

Great to hear...I had knee job done back in '82, just arthroscopy, not replacement, and I keep thinking it will go downhill any time, but keeps on going. I started glucosamine and it works.

We had snow this past week on the Wasatch peaks. Some fall air will be coming your way soon.

AFTER WORKING ON THE TOON YESTERDAY. I DIDN'T PUT MY BLUE EMU ON. WOKE UP THIS MORNING KNEES AND BACK WAS HURT-IN. PUT IT ON , BACK IN BUSINESS. THAT STUFF IS A LIFE SAVER.

what gear do you use to catch the big ones?

those looks great, catfish fillet is like the Halibut of the river, pure butter

WE USE PENNS GRACIA, AND OKUMA BAIT RUNNERS. WHEN I GET BACK TO THE TOON MAYBE THIS WEEKEND I WILL TAke a move of the top working.
