Shimano Calcutta 201B, Clutch bar doesn't function well.

Clutch bar doesn't function well.

If I push the clutch bar into free position, then when I after that, rotate the handle sometimes the system doesn't come back into working position (able to spool on my line or reel in my lure. It stays in free position.

How do I have to repair this?

Has this anything to do with the Anti reverse Pawl? Because that one is not in the reel as now.
