This summer we had a couple of last years moose cows hang around the neighborhood for a while.   Here are a couple of cute pic's of one in our backyard.    Enjoy Wildlife!

David Hall

I get raccoons and an occasional opossum in my back yard.  Never a moose though, that's pretty special.
Thanks for sharing

Dominick

All I get is rats; RATS.  Dominick
Leave the gun.  Take the cannolis.

There are two things I don't like about fishing.  Getting up early in the morning and boats.  The rest of it is fun.

Steve-O

Mmmmm......mmmm......Moose...it's what's for dinner. This one looks like a goof in the clothesline.

Shark Hunter

I can see him getting tangled in it and running away with the whole thing.
Looks like he is having fun though.
I have rabbits and squirrels, the occasional deer, possum and raccoon.
The red tail hawks keep it all in control. I Have an acre lot, but it is like its own little eco system.
I just stand back and watch.
Keep those pics coming Gary. ;D

Rabbits, squirrels, skunks, woodchucks, turkeys, the occasional black bear or coyote, and way too many deer, all 30 minutes west of Manhattan.  Deer herd control is a political third rail for the PETA-aligned folks.  Some years ago I was trying to interest the county in removing a small herd from my neighborhood.  The woman on the phone said, "Well, sir, you have to realize that they were here long before us."  Me:  "So were the mosquitoes, and we swat them, too."  The conversation didn't go much farther.
