Can you estimate the ages of the maroon plate 113H reels?

Shark Hunter

The 113H could be anywhere from the early sixty's and up. Certain details in the plates can give you a closer date.

Thanks I just bought this it's 114hl 6/0. II'm going to open this beast later on to see if it's good internal.I'll show some pics later. I have 2 now by the way.

I feel like like I'm missing a part on side plate where all the gear go so I took a picture

The only piece I see missing is an under gear washer. It all looks there. Solid 5 stack. I would wipe all those washers off. Put on some fresh Cal's.
The stack is a little out of order, but its all there.

It looks like you're missing the eccentric jack. Did you leave any other parts on the side plate?  If you removed everything then it looks like you'll also be missing  the eccentric, eccentric spring, and handle side bearing.

The eccentric is on the plate button the other one not sure what it is

I put everything back together but its hard to turn the star drag.

Shark Hunter

It has to be something in the stack if the star spins freely on the sleeve. Make sure the top eared washer didn't come out.
