Need eccentric bail spring

Was going through my box of old reels and found a Compac XR 35 graphite spinning reel that is in pretty much mint condition except the bail spring is broken. It is an eccentric spring, diameter is 4.8 mm. I tried some clutch springs that I have laying around but the arm on the end of these springs are wrong. The arm on the end of the spring has to face away from the spring and not towards it (make sense?) .
Without a part number or place to contact I have no idea where to look. Anyone have one or can direct me to a contact?

Not much of a reel I know, but I'd like to get it back in working order.
