Yellowtail fellet's, halved grape tomatoes with crushed fresh garlic, Julianne fresh basil, salt, pepper, olive oil, a bit of lemon juice and thinly sliced  green onion for the salad. Season the fillets to desired taste..Quick grill or sear and serve...So fresh  ;D topped with Queso this time  ;D

another yum picture from the valley.  Thank BT and thanks for the Christmas decorations.  They look so good I am going garbage picking when I see those old lounge chairs with the plastic straps.  Dominick
Leave the gun.  Take the cannolis.

There are two things I don't like about fishing.  Getting up early in the morning and boats.  The rest of it is fun.
