Combining side plate bearings with ultracast spool

we've got some guys that specialize in ambassadeurs.  hopefully they will chime in!

I've already completed this was just wondering if the spool pinion could possibly rub against the retaining clip that holds the bearing in place. Everything seems fine, no noise and freespool is awesome.
