My girlfriends dad passed away and her brother didn't want this tool box because he has snap-on,,,, ;) so I vacuum and wiped them out with degreaser and got some drawer liner,,,,this will be great because i got tools all-over the place,,,,, ;D

NICE!!!   My snap-On tools would not be bothered "slumming" in a box like that.

I'm sorry it came under tough circumstances, but that's a really solid tool chest. That extra-large upper tray is going to be incredibly useful.

Very nice and capable box, Benni!

It is a solid lifetime+ box that many Professional Mechanics use to make a living.

I have top and bottom boxes by Mac, Snap-on, US General, Cornwell, and some cheaply made Stanley's —- and good old solid boxes like yours are always a gem to come across.

Being a poor-boy (and cheap, maybe a little smart) —- I never buy a new box —- always used, always top quality and heavy duty.

This is one place where older, heavier, and well constructed is key.

I always chuckle at the Snap-On Snobs that brag about their shiny boxes and tools.  Yes, they are very good —- but I can get similar quality for 1/10th of the money.

Like you, I line my drawers, plus I buy tool organizers for wrenches, sockets, pliers, screwdrivers —- from Horusdy.

Thanks for sharing your acquisition!

Nice rolling bottom! You might not want to overload that add-on drawer stack until you add a tool box on top.  :o
Love those open face spinning reels! (Especially ABU & ABU/Zebco Cardinals)

Mine is much smaller and a cheep POS.  I could fill this and still need more.  It is a PIA searching small boxes for speciality tools I have not used for years when I need them.
