Doing an International 30T, and the first screw i attempted to remove broke off. This is the screw that holds the handle locking plate in place. Part # 110-50

What is the fix? Drill it out and re-tap?
Anyone know what size drill bit to use and tap size?

Drilling it out is a good call, most of the screws are chromed brass, I would use a drill press though. As far as bit size, you'll need to experiment, just keep it smaller than the screw itself.
Forget about all the reasons why something may not work. You only need to find one good reason why it will.

thats rough the screw is so small it's hard to  find small extractor's. first find a set of extractor's with reversible drill bit's, then a drill press and a good center punch. might be cheaper to get a new handle. the old fashioned way was to drill as close to the threads as possible. then use a punch to peel out the left over material. be careful with the extractor's, once they break off your in worse trouble then when you started.

I've got the drill press, and a few drill bits...just need to know the thread size/count

Anyone?
