Compatible parts for Calcutta CT-150

I recently cleaned my dad's old Ct-150.  I would like to change the thumb bar, but with the reel being so old, I can't find the original part.  Can anyone help me identify a compatible one?  Or point me in the right direction.  This one still works, but it has definitely seen its better days and it's pretty brittle.

Special reels those Calcutta's. The part BNT1443 has been superseded by BNT3408.
