Stands...?

Question: Are the 30-180S and 30-49 narrow stands interchangeable? To my naked eye they appear identical, but I'd prefer to rely on the experts.

Aiala, they are interchangeable. The foot portion has a slightly different shape which means nothing unless you looking for a period correct replacement. Actually the foot shape is better suited for the more modern reel seats of today.  The 30-49 also has the holes drilled for a clamp. Mo can hook you up if you need one. Got a bunch from her several weeks back.
