Preload washers and spring 'B' in a Shimano Charter Special

My question is in regards to the number of preload washers and spring washers in a Shimano TR2000LD. In the schematic it shows that there are two washers 'B' and two spring washers 'B', but in the reel there are only the two spring washers along with the preload washer 'A'. which is correct or what should there be?

The flat bearing washer and 2 spring washers sounds correct to me.
