Last Sunday I tookn a friend with me to a place where we had set some shrimp pots.  After rebaiting and recalculating the dismal results we decided to ftoll for salmon for a while in a new area.   We found lots of scenery and a couple of fish.
  After a cup of hot chowder, we were impatient,  then the Fish Gods said "Wait No More".   The picture below tells a good story to any fisherperson.     Enjoy!

gee  gary   with all the alaskan reality shows, they should do one with you on alaskan fishing, make some money and be a star, you got my vote.  take care my friend.    harryk

There are two things I don't like about fishing.  Getting up early in the morning and boats.  The rest of it is fun.

Cool beans...when the target isn't biting, fish for something else.....SCORE!!!
It may not be very productive,
but it's sure going to be interesting!
