Laser Cutting!!

Wow, I thought the water cutter did a good job!  I had some 1mm CF (for the latest Pro Challenger gear set) and SS washers cut last week and the parts look great, washers have been time consuming to clean up and I can not justify selling them for more than $2.00 each so they are not high on my list of things to make.....but the "product" the laser cuts has much less clean up.  I hope my cutting orders do not take the new cutter 2-3 months to cut but they do not want to do one part cuts like the water cutter does.

I have the funding to buy some hardened and polished SS sheets, another try at Keta Cranks will be in the near future.
