Penn Int II 30 SW lever drag issue

Hey guys,

   My lever drag does not go all the way back, only to 1/2 inch to 3/4 inch from the screw.  It does engage the free spool but just barely.  Just bought the reel, owner said never used, or opened, it looks its.  Any one else had this problem.  Should respond the same way my 50tw does and doesn't.

Looking at it a little more it seems the lever and the drag knob are not as snug as my 50tw either, sounds like Im going to have to get into it huh???

looks like your going to have to open it and take a look. it should be very similar to your 50 check the cam follower and houcing real good. also hows the drag at full? could the cam have been installed 180 out?
