Help with clicker mechanism on Avet 4/02

I have a Avet 4/02 wide that lost the pin out of the clicker mechanism.  This is the pin/stub that contacts that clicker plate and disengages the clicker mechanism when you turn the handle. Because this metal pin/stud is missing the clicker won't disengage at all! I tried calling Avet but they were no help. Does anyone have a one of these pins or know what I could substitute it with? I was looking at aluminum bar stock at the hardware store but couldn't find anything small enough. Thanks in Advance.

I think you should be able to order the part from Avet, give them a call, their cust svc is very good. They have diagrams with all the parts listed & numbered, check out their website.
