ever have a spool shift to one side?

check da picks.  anyone have a spare sealine sl50sh spool? 








after about centering it in free spool, this is about how much it shifted.

the other option would be to use an impact socket to support the spool and then tap the spool shaft back into position.  then i would strip off the line, drill a hole at the center of the spool, go straight down to the shaft, and run in a set screw.  that should hold it.   alan

das a great idea alan. but, seems like too much work when dis reel is worth like $50, and u neva know when mr. pole bendah goin like play

i think i goin look for another used one.  but if i ever decide to tackle it, i'll definitely post some pics.  aloha!
