Sirloin Tip Shish Kebabs

Going Paleo with some prime Sirloin Tip shish kebabs, skewered with some tasty veggies.
Marinated, spiced and slapped on the grill.

There are two things I don't like about fishing.  Getting up early in the morning and boats.  The rest of it is fun.

I do believe the marinade is Wesson's Special Sauce....as in Smith&Wesson M&P with a heat index of 30rds. ;D

Nice rig and kebabs....I have eaten some de-lish shark kebabs back a few years on the beach in NC.

Salsa Verde with added El Yucateco Green Habanero sauce and a healthy dose of powdered garlic.
