Kind Of A Strange Question

Randy, I was given this from a friend in Mexico. He knows I play around with reels and I have serviced some of his for him. He does not have any money so he gave me this as a thank you.

Do you know anybody that could use something like this or would want it?

That's a really nice offer, and I am sure that anyone who has a mint in the box Penn 250 from the early 50's when those hang tags were used (it would be in the box with the orange, yellow and green label) would love to have that tag.  Is there anyone out there who fills the bill?
