Since I am unable to get away for vacation again this year I decided to buy a bunch of Ambassadeur parts and take a little vacation everyday after work.
This is what I've put together this summer from fleabay parts. The sham-rocket I posted pics of earlier is not in the photos because it's on a rod in the car when the pics were taken.
Sometimes I fix it cuz it's broke, but most times I fix it cuz I broke it!

Thanks, it all started with a mission of making myself a green Ambassadeur.... now I have five green monsters a couple of flat blacks, a couple of dual cast reds and a silver. It really is a disease, I'm telling ya, once ya'll get started it's so hard to stop! LOL! I also have another dozen dead stock factory reels up on the shelf just looking pretty! (Well mostly looking pretty but ugly beasts gotta come from somewhere and I gotta few of em)  :)

Any 45 or 4600's in the herd? If so can you tell me how they fish?

The 4600 is my favorite reel for the waters I'm usually in. Its my go to reel for all of my shore line fishing. I have one 4600C4 paired to a 5'6 pistol grip Fenwick and another 4600 on a 6'6" med heavy Gander Mtn. rod. I can throw an unweighted 4" Senco damn near across either river I fish with either rod. (tuned as per this site) In the pics the little green 4600 is next up for pairing to a rod and I'm like a kid on Chrismas about it.
