Hermine and our east coast/northeast coast members

You guys/gals from NC north to Maine are in my thoughts as what is left of Hermine comes your way, with a prediction to stall out off the NJ/NY coast for a few days - I've seen plenty of tropical storms and hurricanes, but they've all moved along relatively rapidly; I can't imagine living in tropical storm conditions for 4 days on end... it's gonna be ugly and I hope you are all inland, elevated, and safe.

I live about a mile from Jamaica Bay - West of JFK airport. It's a nice sunny day so far We don't need the AC. It's been this way all night, I looked out at 4 AM & it was nice out.
