First try at deep fried Baja Yellowtail tacos

OK..SoCal post's a dream of a plate of seared tuna and belly...I can't go fishin' cuz I lost my job...so let's cook  ;D...Tons of heat,paprika, chili flakes and dried onion for texture in a BEER Batter mix and Yellowtail ( I got that).  The rest is simple...Add what ya got and smile  ;D

Black beans n 3 cheese Mexican blend


Veggies


Beer batter with paprika,chili powder,sea salt, ground red chile's and onion flakes


4 minute deep fry and serve

for me I would drop the frijoles and use only fish and the veggies, looks delicious !! true Mexican style buddy.

since few years now, my favorite fish tacos are made with yellowtail.
