You guys are ruining it for me!  I was always the guy collecting heads, collars, backbones, and even bellies from my friends after they finished cleaning their fish I would go home with their discards and eat for days!  Now you have let the cat out of the bag!  Even the local sushi restaurants sell collar dinners for cheap, but not anymore after you guys are done!  My friends used to give me the salmon bellies except now they found Pac halibut love them.  Frankly, I can't bring myself to use the best part of a salmon to catch a halibut because there are other alternatives that are just as effective.  SHHHHHH!
