Quick recon of the San Diego 99 Ranch said $13.59/3lb. $4+ seems to be the going rate of food-grade squid.

Wow.

Found I had 1.5lb left over in bottom of the freezer from a $5.99 box purchased two years ago. That and the boat's cut squid will do me just fine.
