Have not posted a rod in a while so decided to toss one out there. When I started this hobby I never dreamed that I would be so busy.
This one was built for a Florida graduate and a gator hunter so I fixed it up in school colors and used a Seeker IGFA16 blank and 80lb class guides since gator hunting can be a bit abusive on rods. Presentation was at Get Bit Outdoors today. On my last gator hunt the hunter from Idaho had located a Lynyrd Snynyrd Jacksonville 2008 tour shirt so that is the story behind the shirts we are wearing in the photo. Fun day.

Beautiful work as usual Dwight... nice colors. I still admire the one you made for me every day, it's sitting above my desk :).
Hopefully one day in will get a nice workout.
Forget about all the reasons why something may not work. You only need to find one good reason why it will.

Your rod is one of my favorites. It was just so cool at the time and still is. And then the reel you put on it was awesome.

Very nice rod, and GREAT shirts!  :D
Parents don't frame pictures of their kids playing video games. Take them fishing!

I really like the tooth inlay....colors are awesome too.....Bill
It may not be very productive,
but it's sure going to be interesting!
