Realtree Camo Rod

[Newell Nut]

This is a little different from my normal rods. A local customer both two Hercules blanks and then sent them to NY to a friend that applied the coating. He had also bought a Newell 641 and I disassembled it for him and he had the plates, bars and base colored hunter orange so the underwrap matches. This one is a Hercules GTS70XH 50-100 with an Alps centra lock seat in black and the black on brass Alps guides. As the edges wear the darker brass is show on the edges and blend in with the theme.
Unique and cool.
The next one has a wood grain finish and that one will be done with titanium guides and silver underwrap and black overwrap. This one will have a silver Alps seat. He want the theme to resemble a rifle in color. What ever floats your boat when it comes to custom work.
