There are two things I don't like about fishing.  Getting up early in the morning and boats.  The rest of it is fun.

Looking at that plate just reminded me, I only recently discovered there are shrimp in Monterey Bay?
I haven't tried to catch any yet, but I'm going to!  They're spotted shrimp and according to what I've read are considered the sweetest tasting shrimp in the world.  They live on the edges of the canyon and fished anywhere from 600-900ft.  That's a lot of line!  I can't wait to get my new pots set up.
