Hello everyone! I've been fishing since I was a kid. Over the years I've come to realize that it's the one thing that still makes me feel like a kid. I've always been a Penn reels fan but more love for Shimano reels is equally as strong. I do mostly wading and surf fishing and I'll definitely have some questions about reel repair. So thanks in advance to all for their advice and help.

Forget about all the reasons why something may not work. You only need to find one good reason why it will.

Welcome, love to see what you fish and what your catching with it.

The first rule of fishing is to fish where the fish are. The second rule of fishing is to never forget the first rule.

There is nothing like lying flat on your back on the deck, alone except for the helmsman aft at the wheel, silence except for the lapping of the sea against the side of the ship. At that time you can be equal to Ulysses and brother to him.
