It's been a couple time read at this website, and got interesting about fishing equipment that explained here.
I'm just start learning to fishing with reel and rod, because I start fishing at 10 yo with only handline  ....
I think this web site and all members will help me a lot about reel and other fishing equipment.

i've been reading posts here as a guest for some months now. this is really an amazing gathering of info and ideas. thanks and respect to Alan and everyone else here for sharing. there is some serious hot-rodding going on here!

i target the usual bay area sportfish (salmon, groundfish, hali, wsb, hali, striper, leopards, perch) and i also fish commercially part-time for dungeness and albacore out of pillar point.
