hey Benni! - I'm confused (nothing new there) on that one section of water with "Delayed Harvest" it specifies artificial lures only, and no trout may be in posession. Doesn't say anything about a barbless requirement though? If I read the sign correctly it looks like they want to be C&R during a portion of the year? - john

Yes,,,,because of trout unlimited fly fishing club,,,,

they changed the hook rules 4 times in 4 years and claiming that the trout lived in the river all year long the virginia dwr shocked a section of the river and was no trout found,,,, $:-\$

The SuperBowl is this Sunday. It's the only Sunday of the whole year when there is no weekend-warrior boat and jet ski traffic to screw up the fishing.
