Yes- already drought issues. My lake is downstream of Benni's and they aren't releasing ANY water from his until it hits full pool which may be months. We are about 8 feet below normal for summer. My pond dried up to about a foot and pretty much everything died in 108F heat. Some water back in now but it sucked seeing dead bass littering the banks.

Ya we didn't get the floods in April or may this year and aep was letting water out of the lake to sell electricity but the governor seen the water levels at Smith mountain lake and flipped out,,,,,
