Equally as important, is the guy assembling, adjusting, tuning, and deciding on what parts to use.

Sort of like going to a Library -- just because all of the books are on the shelves -- doesn't mean you do not have to have a plan, know where the books you need are -- then read them...

Good craftsmanship, Joe.

Joe, thanks for the kind words!

Everyone here makes a contribution to this site and that's what make it the place that it is. An amazing site with a great bunch of people with many, many years of experience. Not only in reel repair but numerous other things, many of which I am not familiar with. A great place to learn so many different things on so many different levels!

Most importantly we need to thank Alan for organizing this site, having simple ground rules, picking mods that know how to keep it running smoothly and are a group that talks the talk and walks the walk.

For us reel nuts, I think it is without a doubt one of the greatest places we're allowed to hang our hats! I'm appreciative of it all as is everyone else.

And that's my 2 cents worth and I'm stickin to it!

Regards to all and have a great evening!    ...     Lou

Forget about all the reasons why something may not work. You only need to find one good reason why it will.
