Curado 200e7 handle paddle nut

Hello. I have a 200e7 and I managed to strip one of the little nuts that hold the paddles on, reverse threads got me. Is there anyplace to score just one of those little nut things?

Any help would be appreciated. I'd be up for buying someone's old handle to pull it off of too.
