Finally got clients off fishing and taking a break to catch up some of my own stuff without deadlines. I built this 4/0 when Tom's plates came out and finally got around to trimming a stick for it. Standard 6'0" stand-up, 30-60 blank. Accurate frame from Randy, steel gears, carbontex, handle is from an Int 30 but I'll likely swap it when Ted's stuff is ready. Oh yeah, a Ted lever and clamp to round it out.

Wrap is basic open diamond style and not especially special, other than I don't have a lathe, and so I have to do all the spacing by eyeball and the tread tensioner is my hand...I literally wrap with the  spool sitting in a little tray. I keep thinking on a lathe. Maybe after the next hundred.

Nice work!  The simplicity makes it look elegant paired with that sweet 4/0.
Another day in Paradise!
