STELLA 01 SW10000HG SPOOL'S AND MAIN SHAFT

hello and a good day again fellow anglers...

I have a question to ask... recently i acquired a used stella 01 sw10000hg (01565) JDM ( without the drag knob) , the spools, 10000 and 16000 which

came with the reel, seem a bit  tight/sticky.. to turn by hand even without the drag knob,.. is this normal ?... i have other reels,  when i loosen the drag

knob's,  the spool's would turn freely... i am confused...


also, the main shaft has a little play.. if i push and pull... like 1mm play... is this normal too?...
