International 12 topless frame

Greetings, I have a  tiburon topless frame for a 12 and was wondering if an older 12 with bars would work with this frame. Thanks, Sheridan

I don't have any measurements on the bars No pics, never had any of them available.
No info at all about what Tiburon might have done to go with the custom frame, like special screw requirements etc.

Thanks. I have a 12t with a topless  frame thought about a single speed for 50lb would be nice.  Maybe fix  up an old one. Thanks again
