Send me an email if you run into any issues.  I routinely see a USPS.com quote of double what the actual label cost through paypal is.  Some countries have a far more reliable postal system than others.  Luckily, I dont deal with that much, but my wife can give you a pretty solid run-down on which countries you can trust first class mail with, and which ones need reliable tracking like UPS to cover yourself under paypal.

All US mail (except UPS and FedEx) is usually delivered by the UK's Royal Mail or Parcel force. Very reliable compared to some countries.
It could be worth having a chat with Dawn@smoothdrag - she shipped over, to the UK, some parts in a padded envelope - cost $2.65.
Always remember to try and keep the quoted value of goods below $20 (preferably don't quote any value! I never do) otherwise (here!) it will attract a 20% tax. Ohh and shipping cost and insurance is taxed at 20% too
They also charge another $15 to take your money

Thanks TB! I guess I haven't done enough research. Looks like my biggest problem with cost is because of insurance. Will keep you all posted as to how I make out.
