Calcutta TE201 is it smooth reeling??

Calcutta 201 TE - is it smooth reeling? don't think so.....  how to impove it? I did some maintenance on it.. greased gears/ oiled spining parts... changed some bearings (spol, drag etc. )

Is it normal ? i think that it's quiet noisy... but have no experience with those reels..

when spinning slower it's not so noisy.... 
when screwing up drag/ giving more pressure on it it's getting worse.....
