early christmas 7/25/2011

we are going on the intrepid this friday for a 7 day trip. there are five makaira 8's, two makaira 10's, and a penn international 12 vsx. we will pull into san diego on thursday. hoping to tour the okuma factory first. friday morning we board the intrepid, then back on august 5th. thanks to mark and charkbait! more to follow.

i got a 10% shop discount that is pretty much eligible to anyone that asks nicely and is not an idiot on the phone with them. you had to be a member of bloodydecks.com or something like that. otherwise, it was retail!

i think they were the 7 foot black diamond heavy and the 7 foot black diamond hybrid heavy. friday i also picked up a pair of 8 ft 3 inch hybrids. very impressive sticks........
