Can't Access Schematics Pages

Can't access Shimano's website either through this website or directly through Shimano. I thought it might be my Kaspersky internet suite but tried my Ipad and can't get it there also my wife's laptop with a different antivirus and am blocked there as well. I just says file not found.
I've looked around and I can access schematics other members have posted but unfortunately none have been the one I'm looking for which is for a Shimano Torium 30HG (the new version of the Torium).
Anyone had these kind of issues? Could it have something to do with Adobe Acrobat which I have on my computer?
