Hi

I have just replaced the main pinon bearing on a TICA Aries Gr3500. Replacement was needed as salt water had got into the bearing and roller bearings and cage. After cleaning and replacement of bearing and after re assembly the anti reverse does not work. Does anyone have suggestions on where I may have gone wrong and is there a tutorial for bearing replacement on this type of reel. Re assembly of the anti reverse mechanism was particularly difficult.

roller bearings are particularly suseptible to damage.  once the rollers are damaged, you can pretty much forget about the bearing ever working again.  you are going to have to replace the AR bearing AND the inner tube.

Reassembling anti reverse (roller clutch assembly goes together in a Sedona 4000FA) is very similar
