I think they found the shallows

Saw this driving home from work yesterday. There is a deep basin in front of the docks in the center but the two river sills come up very fast .............. they found where it comes up. At least its muddy so hopefully not to much damage.

Woops! I did that once with a 30' sloop when I was learning to sail. The instructor's response: get out, get under the boat, lift and push!

Whoa! No buoys to mark area? Hope they didn't get any flooding.

The tide looks pretty low in the photo,  I've seen people do that on purpose so they can scrape the hull for cheap,  There's a name for it; Poor Man's Rail or something like that.

Good idea. One of several of the few advantages to having a small vessel is portability and dry-dock maintenance. I'm startin to forget what a tide is living here. Will hit tomorrow's low-High @ 5am; a whole +1', 4"s!
