What spool is this...?

Okay, so I've got a narrow aluminum spool that lacks any identifying numbers... I think it's from a 501 Jigmaster Jr., but I'm not sure; it's just slightly too large to fit in a Penn 99. The measurements are:

Width (Edge to edge): 1.880"

Diameter at the edge: 2.533"

Axle tip-to-tip: 2.6"

Is it from a 501, or something else? I am clueless...

Thanks, Lee... well, what on earth do you think it could be? Maybe one of the small Senators? I'm really chasing my tail here trying to figure out what the darn thing is... and I have no recollection of where/when I got it... maddening!

I have a Tiburon(P21)501 size spool. Dia. spool edge to edge width=1.7145"; shaft end to end=2.661"; dia. of spool edge=2.390". Same as a Penn? No marks at all on the Tiburon spool...

Greg, those numbers sound pretty close to what I have... I'll bet that's it! Unfortunately, I don't have a spool-less 501 to try it out on. I do, however, have a spool-less Penn 99... might anyone be interested in a trade?
