With the size of his eyes and shape, it looks like a very deep water fish.  very deep...but I'm no fish expert.
:D I talk with every part I send out and each reel I repair so that they perform at the top of their game. :D

I agree with Bryan because the eye is huge! Maybe in the oarfish family?? Creepy looking sucker
